You have a manufacturer’s guarantee on all LEGO sets that you buy from us. In the case that you receive a LEGO set that does not meet your expectations, then contact us. Should it appear when building the ordered LEGO set(s) that one or more parts are missing, then you can contact LEGO customer service directly at the number 1-800-835-4386 (free) or go to this page on LEGO.com and indicate which parts are missing. LEGO will then send the replacement parts to you free of charge.
